We’re a married couple working from our home to develop software solutions to empower animal charities through utilities focused on data collection from publicly available sources. To restrict access to the results of our data collection, we may require user accounts in order to manage the scope of data those accounts can access. We understand the sensitive nature of some of our clients and their requirement for user privacy.

Currently, we use Okta through Auth0 as our authentication provider. Pawsitive Analytics does not store any personally identifiable information directly within our application.

- Error Logging: To maintain and improve our services, we log errors and application issues. Error logs may capture information about the conditions leading up to an error but do not contain personally identifiable information.

- Service Improvement: Anonymous usage data and error logging are used solely to enhance the user experience, improve application performance, and ensure functionality. This may include a reference to your organization, but all user-related information is anonymous.
- Account Authentication: User account data, including usernames and email addresses, are managed solely through our authentication provider, Okta (via Auth0). We rely on their security and privacy practices to protect this data.
3. Data Security
Pawsitive Analytics employs industry-standard security measures to protect data collected within our application. However, since we do not directly store personally identifiable information, the risk associated with data misuse is minimized. All user authentication processes comply with the security standards of Okta and Auth0.
4. Third-Party Providers
Our application uses Okta through Auth0 for account authentication. Any personally identifiable information, such as your username or email address, is securely managed through this provider.
